Booked the hotel for its good location close enough to restaurants & shopping in Longview, TX and a grocery store. Staff were consistently courteous and incredibly nice. The room was spotless and accommodating with a private bathroom.

Generally a pleasant hotel to stay in - it seemed to be safe and secure. The Bed was really comfy with lots of pillows both hard and soft. Airconditioning was easy to work and there was a constant supply available to refill the coffee machine in the room

I am not used to the practice of using disposable plates and cutlery in the breakfast room - but seems widespread everywhere in Longview

Favourable setting, not far from restaurants and shopping as well as Dallas and Shreveport. The rooms with the bathroom and conditioner, for example.

Spent my time in a super clean room that had everything I needed, including a really big bathroom 🚿. Plus, the spot was awesome - close to tons of chain eateries, a grocery store, and not far from Dallas and Shreveport.

Comfortable hotel, the idea of having suite was great. The location was magnificent and amazing, 16 miles to East Texas Regional airport, perfectly reachable. Plus it was in a good area. I greatly enjoyed the stay.

The colors of my room were restful, very pretty (SW colors) and my room was always spotless. The front desk staff answered every question (how to close the drapes, turn on the fan, etc) and the creative ways the housekeepers arranged the towels and washcloths was charming, especially the "hanging pots" with "flowers" in them.

A ceiling fan would have been nice or a box fan. I need air blowing on me all the time, so it got stuffy when the fan was turned off.

Exceptionally cozy hotel with friendly staff. The location was awesome for me, right by the mall. Definitely my top pick for next time! 🌟

Good area next to numerous chain restaurants and a big Wal-Mart as well as local conveniences. Great location for exploring Longview. The hotel is excellent with friendly and attentive staff. Conveniently situated near various dining options and shopping facilities, including a large Wal-Mart.
